Here is a 2D barcode for the official Facebook app for Android. I haven't had a chance to try it yet, but reading some of the comments make me wonder if it's a little under-featured.

Just point your phone and scan it with a barcode scanner. I use Barcode Scanner from ZXing (Zebra Crossing). Just search the market for 'ZXing'.
