Vivo Barefoots
I haven't started running much barefoot, but I have been walking barefoot as much as I can since the beginning of the year and I really believe it has improved my posture and it has definitely helped relieve leg and hip pain. I don't really want callouses think enough to protect me from rocks so I also purchased a pair of Vivo Barefoots and have been thrilled with them. Since switching I haven't rolled an ankle either which I seem to do quite often with regular shoes.
